Timekeeping is taken to a whole new level with Timeruler by Payruler, a mobile application that allows you to track employees’ location through time-in via facial recognition. Timeruler ensures employers that employees are at their designated work area during their assigned shifts by capturing their login details through GPS geolocation.
Computation of payroll is now simpler with Payruler. The system generates all the data needed - employees’ daily time record, loans, leaves, absences, etc. - and feeds it to the payroll module automatically. The only thing left to do is to review the payslip to check if everything is in order, then your payroll is good to go.
Other than payslips, Payruler can generate special reports for your company - such as the BIR 2316, 1601C, Alphalists, as well as SSS, Pag-IBIG and PhilHealth contributions. It can also generate reports on employees’ profile, timekeeping, payroll and billing. The company may choose to add any additional forms needed into Payruler as well.
